Burr Ridge
Distance between buildings. Fiber and conduit are planned across the property before landscaping closes it.
Clarendon Hills
Renovations in phases. Infrastructure goes in while walls are open, even when the equipment comes later.
Downers Grove
Original plaster and framing. Retrofits are designed around access, with as few new openings as possible.
Elmhurst
