Service and aftercare.

Updates, monitoring, remote fixes, and site visits under a support agreement, so the system keeps working the way it did on handover day.

What happens after the
installation is finished?

The system moves onto a support agreement. We keep firmware and software current, monitor the network and power, fix most faults remotely, and come out when something needs hands. You keep the documentation, and you always know who to call.

The scope.

  1. 01Scheduled updates for control, network, and entertainment systems
  2. 02Network and power monitoring with remote restarts
  3. 03Remote fixes, and site visits when a fault needs hands
  4. 04Documentation kept current as the system changes

Questions worth asking early.

Do you support systems you did not install?

Yes, after an evaluation. Recovery and takeover is often how a support relationship starts.

What does a support agreement cover?

Agreements are set by the size of the system and how quickly you need a response. The level is agreed before handover, so you know what is covered from the first day.
