Lighting design and control.

Fixture selection, dimming, and lighting scenes for morning, evening, and entertaining. Fewer switches on the wall, and the house lit the way it was designed.

What does lighting
control change in a home?

Every light is set to a scene from one keypad. The banks of switches disappear, each room is lit for what it is being used for, and the fixtures are chosen with your architect and designer rather than left for the electrician to figure out on site.

The scope.

  1. 01Centralized and wireless lighting control
  2. 02Fixture selection and layout with your architect and designer
  3. 03Keypad engraving and scene design
  4. 04Coordination with the electrician before rough-in

The equipment, by name.

Questions worth asking early.

When should lighting control be planned?

During design, before the electrical plan is fixed. That is when it costs least and gives the design team the most freedom.

Can lighting control be added in a renovation?

Yes. Wireless dimmers and battery or wired shades both work in existing homes. The evaluation tells you which fits the house.
